Easy Returns within 30 Days

At Formalee, your satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in honesty, transparency, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

We value your feedback — it helps us refine our products and services so we can serve you better every day.

Returning a Formalee garment is as easy as placing an order. Simply reach out to us via email at support@formalee.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 99981 02240 to initiate a return or exchange request.

We’ll arrange a convenient pickup through our shipping partner to collect the original Formalee garment from your location.

Self-Ship Return Policy

In some locations where reverse pickup service is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship their return parcel to our warehouse.

  • ✅ Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed promptly.
  • 📝 Please keep your courier receipt safe, as we may request it to validate the shipping cost.

To maintain hygiene standards, certain product categories — such as boxers and perfumes — are non-returnable. However, if an item is defective or damaged, we’ll be happy to replace it.

If you discover a manufacturing defect in your order, please email support@formalee.com from the same address used while placing your order.

Eligibility Criteria

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In their original packaging with all tags intact

Once the returned shipment reaches our warehouse, refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days.

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 5–6 business days after the parcel reaches our warehouse.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Please provide your bank or UPI details via WhatsApp ( 99981 02240). Your refund will be processed via UPI or IMPS within 2–3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Store Credit: You may also choose to receive a store credit, which can be used for future purchases from Formalee.
  • Self-Ship Returns: If courier pickup is not available in your area, we kindly request you to ship the return parcel yourself. We truly appreciate your cooperation and support.

Note: If an incorrect product is returned via reverse pickup, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please ensure to record a reverse packing video as proof when the delivery agent collects your parcel.

IMPORTANT

Please record an unboxing video while receiving your Formalee order. Without this video, claims regarding receiving the wrong product in a sealed package will not be eligible for return or exchange.

For custom-made shirts, returns or exchanges are not possible as these are tailored specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold.

We offer one-time complimentary size exchange or return/refund for each order. For any subsequent exchanges, a return pickup fee of ₹120 will apply (payable via UPI or bank transfer).

If you have already exchanged a product once, a further return or refund request will not be applicable.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel after receiving your delivery, please initiate a return as per our return process. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.

DAMAGES

If you receive a parcel that is open, unsealed, or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Notify our customer care team immediately if any product arrives without tags or with visible defects.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

Please note that all customer calls are recorded for service quality. Any use of abusive or inappropriate language may result in your product being marked non-returnable and non-refundable, and your contact may be restricted from future communication.
