30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Return & Refund Policy

At Formalee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Unaltered and in its original condition

• Returned with all original tags and original packaging attached

2. Return Period

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is submitted and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our shipping partner where reverse pickup service is available.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at support@formalee.com or +91 99981 02240 with your order number.

2. Our customer support team will process your request and arrange a reverse pickup.

3. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected.

4. Upon successful verification, your refund or exchange will be initiated immediately.

4. Self-Ship Returns

In locations where our reverse pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to our warehouse address. Please use a reliable courier service and retain the courier receipt. Once verified, any applicable shipping cost reimbursement will be added to your refund.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification, refunds are processed within 48 hours:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via UPI or IMPS bank transfer after you provide your account details to our customer support team.

• Store Credit: You may also choose to receive your refund as Formalee Store Credit for future purchases.

6. Size Exchange

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order. If a subsequent exchange is requested for the same order, a standard ₹120 return pickup fee applies.

7. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us immediately at support@formalee.com or +91 99981 02240 with your order number. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund. If an incoming shipment package is visibly open or damaged upon arrival, you may refuse delivery and contact us right away.

8. Custom-Made Shirts

Shirts tailored to custom individual measurements are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations cannot be made, but you may initiate a return upon delivery following this policy.
